Our organisational structure is designed to reflect objectives and plans including the authority available to expertise managers, supervisors and staff.  We are staffed with competent and qualified personnel.  The obvious benefits accruing through departmentalisation influenced this model which we structured for effective management of projects and other integrated services.

The principle of horizontal and vertical differentiation, which relates to operating and managerial tasks respectively ensures proficiency and quality control.  Authorities and responsibilities were clearly defined to avoid unnecessary conflicts in decision making as regards customer jobs and evaluation of services.

The need to constantly ensure that all our services conform with the accepted standards, we have Health, Safety and Environmental/Quality Assurance Co-ordinator whose responsibility is to evaluate and monitor all our activities in line with the company HSE/QA Policy as contained in our HSE/QA manual.
